Actually, unless you're desperate right now, don't really eat back grass.
Why, let me tell you why.
First of all, we resigned, either we found a better home, or there was a better choice, the same reason, so leaving the original company, especially if the original company did not go bankrupt, the reason for leaving must be better outside than the current company.
So I must have left because there were things we couldn't accept, so I left.
At this time, I will tell you about my own situation.
When I left a state-owned enterprise, and then went out to work, I did experience a lot of things, that is, the new company was unreliable, at this time, I was unemployed, it happened that the original state-owned enterprise had a vacancy, and the personnel manager and the manager of the business department had a good relationship with me, so I was advised to go back to work. But since I already had a new person in my original position, I was transferred to the position of the business department, but I was either a salesperson or a salesman, or a secretary of the department.
As a result, after joining the company, I often have to follow the sales, and the probability of writing materials in the office is zero, the point is that because we are doing distribution work in some units, at this time, let me experience the business, let me follow the car to deliver, the focus is not to follow the car, but to have the opportunity to move the goods. Actually, I don't really have much physical strength, of course you can ask me to occasionally go a day or two, but if it comes down for a whole week, it won't work.
So this job is seriously inconsistent with what the HR manager told me when I joined the company. Later, I went to the department manager and told him about it very tactfully. The department manager said, it is true that there is not enough manpower recently, and there is no way, so you can help move for a while. When I heard this, I knew that they were just looking for a coolie, so I hurriedly left, after all, I really couldn't toss.
Of course, I also said that if you really can't find a job, and the former company has extended such an olive branch, then you must bow your head first, work now, and look at other opportunities later.
But one thing to note is that if there is indeed a better opportunity in the future, don't feel guilty and hesitate, every company we enter, every job is an exchange act.
That's where the company values your ability and where you can bring asset appreciation to the company; You fancy that the company can give you a platform. The two sides are in a relationship of mutual exchange and nothing more. I once thanked the company for inviting me back, and then worked hard, but found that I was overexerting myself, and it also caused all kinds of discomfort to myself, so don't be like this, we should understand that the exchange is also time-limited, and when it reaches a certain time, or our exchange period is up, so we have to give up, and we, as employees, can also let go first.
Therefore, I also wish all friends who want to change jobs can find better jobs in the coming year.
