In this noisy world, the heart always longs to be understood, always wants to explain itself to others. But as the years went by, I gradually understood a truth: never explain yourself to others. People who understand you don't need to explain at all, and people who don't understand you don't need to explain it.

Life in the world is like a white horse passing by, fleeting. We are not even a speck of dust in this universe. And in this short life, we are always worried about some small things, arguing about some meaningless things. Always trying to explain your thoughts, actions, and emotions to others, only to find that it is simply futile. No one can fully understand another person. Everyone has their own experiences, backgrounds, and values that shape how we think and behave. So, we don't need to explain ourselves to others, and we don't need to be explained by others.

People who understand you don't have to explain. This does not mean that you should be indifferent, uncaring or irresponsible to others. It's about maintaining a sense of self and independence in caring and kindness to others. You don't need to change yourself in order to be recognized or praised by others, and you don't need to grieve yourself in order to meet the expectations of others. Because in this world, people who really understand you will naturally understand you, support you, and accompany you. Instead of needing your explanation.

It's useless to explain to people who don't understand you. Some people may have misunderstandings or prejudices about your actions, thoughts, or emotions. For these people, there is no need to spend time and effort to explain. Because even if it is explained, it will not change the opinion of you. Therefore, for these people who don't understand you, it's okay to keep a calm and detached. There is no need to worry about other people's opinions, and there is no need to be frustrated by other people's evaluations. Because in this world, what really matters is your inner world and the value of life. As long as you stick to your beliefs and principles, and constantly pursue your dreams and goals, you are already on your own path.
