Life Advice Be sure to prevent others from borrowing luck

Sometimes, life is really like a path with no end, and every step is full of unknowns and surprises.

It's as if you're walking in the forest, and with every turn, you may encounter a different landscape, beautiful or desolate.

But all of this is the path we have chosen.

Personally, I am convinced that our attitude and choices in life determine what kind of people we meet and what we experience.

There are both negative and positive people, and the key is how we choose who to walk with.

I remember having a friend who was like the kind of person who could always turn the air around her gray.

Every time we meet, she always has endless bad things to say, as if the whole world is unfair to her.

As a friend, I naturally put my ears out, listened patiently, and tried to give her some of my opinions and suggestions as much as possible.

But I soon discovered that she didn't seem to really care about solving the problem, more enjoying the strange comfort she found in complaining.

At first, I didn't pay much attention to it.

After all, who doesn't have a few days that don't go well?

But as the days went by, I began to feel like I had been drained of strength.

I was an optimistic person, but I found myself getting more and more irritable, and my good fortune seemed to be running away.

What surprised me even more was that after I started to reduce my contact with her, my life slowly got back on track, and the good mood and good fortune seemed to come back to me.

Through this experience, I deeply felt that the energy of the people around us can indeed affect us unconsciously.

As they often say, "you are shaped by your environment", and this experience of mine is undoubtedly the best proof of this.

Three strategies to prevent being affected by negative energy

Don't overly empathize with others

In our journey through life, it is inevitable to meet people who need help.

However, the key lies in how we can help.

Sometimes, we allow ourselves to get into unnecessary emotional quagmire because of excessive empathy.

It's like, you want to reach out and pull someone, but you find yourself being dragged into the emotional vortex of the other person.

Excessive empathy is like opening the door of your house and letting someone in with mud, only to have your home made a mess instead of helping them clean it.

Therefore, we need to learn to empathize moderately, to be able to reach out and protect ourselves from being affected.

This requires us to set some psychological boundaries and maintain our own emotional stability while listening and helping others.

I don't care what other people think

Everyone has their own lifestyle and choices, and there will always be someone to point the finger at your choices.

If we pay too much attention to these voices, we may lose ourselves and even make choices that don't align with our hearts in order to please others.

It's like putting on a pair of ill-fitting shoes and going down someone else's path, and in the long run, you'll only get more and more miserable.

So, it's important to go your own way and let those evaluations be the scenery on your path to growth, not an obstacle.

Remember, people who really know you will support your choices and decisions.

For those comments that don't matter, we can listen selectively, but don't pay too much attention to them.

Don't fail to believe in yourself

Self-confidence is the driving force for us to move forward, and it is also important to prevent being affected by negative energy**.

People who lack self-confidence are easily swayed by the voices of the outside world.

Believing in yourself means that you have to be determined to follow your own path even when the whole world says "no" to you.

Building self-confidence is not achieved overnight, it requires us to constantly challenge ourselves and face failures and setbacks positively in every aspect of our lives.

Every time you overcome difficulties, it is an accumulation of self-confidence. Remember, you are unique and your worth is not defined by others.

In the journey of life, every choice we make shapes our future. Remember, we are the masters of our own destiny. By learning to protect ourselves moderately, not to be overly concerned about what others think, and to be confident, we can effectively avoid the intrusion of negative energy and maintain a positive attitude towards life. At the same time, don't forget to cherish and appreciate those who give us support and love. Together, we can face every challenge in life stronger and more optimistic.
