In accordance with the principle of "one station, one plan", the Minhang District Housing Management Bureau actively promotes the construction of "talent station", relying on the existing site and supporting facilities of talent apartments, taking resource integration and functional superposition as the premise, and taking openness, intensification and efficiency as the concept, to build and renovate public spaces closely related to the life of rented talents.
Artistic creation, learning and entrepreneurship, sports and making friends, ......The construction of the "Talent Station" in Minhang District includes 4 types of services and 9 types of service carriers, including public services, growth education, life services and public welfare and mutual assistance. In 2023, Minhang District will pilot the construction of "talent stations" in 22 talent apartments, and Chengkai Xin Community is one of the pilot apartments.

At present, this work is exhibited in the "U Box White Box Space" of Chengkai Xin Community with a public art exhibition called "Jia+", which also allows other friends who rent in the community to better understand their own community. "U Box White Box Space" is one of the important functional areas created by Chengkai Xin Community as a "talent station".
Chengkai Xin Community is one of the first projects to be listed after the introduction of Shanghai's affordable rental housing system, and it is also the first batch of talent apartments in Minhang District.
Focusing on the five major aspects of public service, growth education, life service, public welfare and mutual aid and characteristic services, the community has introduced various government and enterprise services, life services and rich activities.
