In order to further strengthen the building of a clean and honest party style in the overall situation and do a good job in the work of reporting letters and visits, we have established the work guideline of "grasping the organs, leading the grass-roots units, linking up and down, and advancing as a whole." We have not only strengthened and matched the leading forces of the organs, and clearly defined the leadership pattern in which the director of the bureau is in charge of the work of letters and visits and a deputy secretary is in charge of the work of letters and visits, but we have also set up six areas of responsibility for the overall situation, and each leading cadre has his own area of responsibility for letters and visits.
