The project is located at the junction of Jiaoxiang Road and Hengyi Road, Xiaojiang Town, Pubei County, Qinzhou City, Guangxi, surrounded by schools, medical, commercial, parks and other facilities. The transportation is convenient, the facilities are perfect, and the location advantage is obvious. The façade of the residential building is in the new Chinese style, integrating Lingnan detail elements, combining Chinese detail elements and concise overhanging eaves to create a simple and calm mansion image.
Starting from the overall style of the building, the project embeds new Chinese elements and the beautiful natural scenery of Guangxi into the garden landscape of the residential area, interprets the natural and cultural characteristics of Pubei County, and explores the balance between ideal human settlements and natural landscapes.
The designer pays attention to the creation of the spatial sequence of the park, learns from the classical garden, integrates the functional space design, imitates the form of the traditional Chinese mansion, and creates a "multi-entry" sequence space of "one axis, two rings, and six districts". Once you enter the gate, you will arrive at the front yard, the second will enter the atrium, enjoy the fun of visiting the garden, and the third will enter the road home, layer by layer, using new design techniques to create a new Chinese-style residential area combined with the topography of mountains and rivers. The landscape layout of one axis and two rings, there are views to enjoy in all seasons, and the multi-dimensional landscape of one scene makes the perfect integration of nature and humanistic residences.
The entrance space integrates traditional etiquette and modern living concepts, adopts new Chinese pavement combined with elegant podocarpus on both sides of the entrance, and lays out a dignified and atmospheric door-style mansion, so that every step of the residents into the gatehouse creates an extraordinary feeling, as if playing a grand homecoming ceremony, showing the grace of the owner with the style of oriental aesthetics.
The horizontal axis of the landscape of the residential area is one step from east to west, and after passing the entrance, there is a shallow pond water feature, a rest pavilion, a transparent verandah and a pavilion are connected, flowers and trees are sandwiched, the water is falling dingdong, and the movement and stillness are suitable, and the ingenious design makes the whole garden seem to have endless scenery to see. Parents accompany the children in the understory space not far away, giving the children more intimate protection.
The project builds a wealth of supporting facilities in the understory space, so that there are more choices in the life scene, and it also gives the neighborhood a carrier. The tree pond benches scattered in the understory space form a small space, creating a place for leisure communication and sports vitality, and all kinds of spaces contrast with the lush greenery.
