There is a vacant lot in the west of my neighborhood, and someone has finally taken over this year.

Three years ago, it was a mess of buildings of varying heights. Later, it was planned: the people left, and the house was demolished. But there was no movement after that, and the land remained deserted.
In the past three years, I have seen a wide view from the window of my kitchen to the northwest. Especially in the summer, when I opened the window and the cool breeze was blowing, I fantasized about how nice it would be if that clearing was a big lake! The air is fresh, the birds are singing!
No matter how bad it is, it is okay to build a square to facilitate the fitness, entertainment and leisure of nearby residents. It's just that aunts don't go square dancing. Ha ha!
At the beginning of this winter, various engineering vehicles entered one after another. Workers cut down an entire row of protective poplar trees on the west side of the community, knocked down the fence of the community, and erected a green fence dedicated to the construction site.
I heard that it is still a residential building, how can ZF be willing to take such a large piece of land to build a square? What a beautiful thing we thought!
If you build a house, you can build a house, in fact, there is a square in our community. The reason why I am a little disappointed is mainly because a little delusion of the little people has failed!
Recently, however, a big problem has emerged: the noise on the construction site is too loud, especially at night, and it really can't sleep all night.
I went to check, and the state stipulates the specific construction time of the construction site as follows:
From 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., it can be used for construction work.
From 14 p.m. to 10 p.m., it can be used for construction work.
Construction work that generates environmental noise pollution shall not be carried out at night. Unless it is an emergency, emergency repair or other special circumstances.
And the construction site next to us has not stopped working at night. Especially yesterday (9th) in the early morning until more than six o'clock.
That night, God knows how we survived!
At 3:30 a.m., I started to hit the mayor, and for the first time, no one spoke. I had to hang up and hit again, the second time I got through, the operator was obviously confused, slow to answer, she said that someone had reflected, she routinely appeased, I took the initiative to close the line.
I thought it would be useless to hit the mayor, so I dialed the environmental report **12369 again. After connecting, a computer voice came from inside: the number has been suspended.
My husband also called the mayor ** and asked him to transfer 110, but no one answered 110, and the operator of the mayor ** said that she would go to coordinate.
Anyway, that night, the construction site was working until 6 o'clock in the morning, and the sound was not small at all, and we did not see any police.
It was dawn, we didn't sleep all night, and the two children were confused for a while.
At three o'clock in the afternoon, I want to make another ** to confirm, can we still sleep at home tonight?
After dialing 12345, the operator was very clever, saying that he saw that I had called more than once at three o'clock in the night, but the problem was still being dealt with, and there was no result for the time being. She also revealed to me that there was a night construction permit on the construction site, which was granted by a certain department, and they were also very helpless.

The end result was that the construction did not stop after 10 o'clock that night, but it was much quieter. After 12 o'clock, I rested, and I could faintly hear a little, but it didn't affect the rest anymore.
At this point, after four or five days of being disturbed by the noise, we were finally able to fall asleep.
I'm sure there must have been a lot of residents fighting in the process. Maybe it's really as our housekeeper said, there is power in numbers!
Then again, isn't the property obligated to coordinate it for us? Let's fight ourselves**! Two days ago, I just urged us to pay the property fee, which is a little chilling!
At 22 o'clock tonight, the loud roar stopped abruptly, leaving only the uninterrupted sound of machinery.
It's 23:15, and the non-stop sound of machines on the construction site is still there. Although the sound is not small, it is very sleepy and can fall asleep.
We don't know if we'll be able to fall asleep in the days to come. How long do these days last?
