The associated components of lepidolite ore are complex, and the process temperature is controlled between 850-1100 in the roasting process of the tunnel kiln, and the flue gas produced at this high temperature is often mixed with corrosive gases such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, fluoride, etc., and more importantly, the flue gas is also accompanied by a large amount of water vapor, which makes it more corrosive. These high-temperature corrosive gases cause serious corrosion to kiln equipment and smoke exhaust pipes, and affect continuous and safe production. Because of the high flue gas temperature, it is difficult to find suitable anti-corrosion materials, and flue gas corrosion has become a headache in the lithium battery industry.
