Comrade policeman, a bird that looks like an eagle has broken into my house, please help! "On the morning of the 16th, the Tuanchengshan Police Station of the Xialu Branch of the Huangshi Public Security Bureau ushered in a man holding a cardboard box containing a big bird. It turned out that on that day, when Mr. Wu was resting at home, a strange big bird suddenly flew in from the window, and after the big bird entered Mr. Wu's house, it did not fly away immediately, but curled up on the ground. Mr. Wu saw that the big bird looked listless, and he was not afraid when he approached, so he looked around carefully.
The rescued crested eagle.
Like an eagle, but not that big. Mr. Wu said that he believed that the big bird might have been injured, so he flew to his house to ask for help from humans, worried that it was a national protected animal, and would be injured again, so he found a cardboard box and put the bird in it, and took it to the Tuanchengshan Police Station to ask for help from the police.
The police carefully observed that the bird's beak shape was quite peculiar, like a hook, and there were dark brown and white horizontal spots under the chest. The little one looked weak and seemed frightened, clenched in the box, unable to stand. Subsequently, the police immediately contacted the Huangshi Animal Protection Association, requested professionals to assist in the treatment, and further confirmed the identity of the bird.
According to the identification of professionals, the actual name of the bird is the crested eagle, which is a national second-class key protected animal. After investigation, there was no obvious injury to the crested eagle, and the personnel of the Animal Protection Association analyzed that the crested eagle should have been sick and unable to fly for a long time, so it "fell into trouble" to Mr. Wu's house. In order to avoid the deterioration of the condition, the crested eagle is picked up by a professional and carried out**.
At present, the crested eagle has gradually recovered under the careful care of professionals, and when it is confirmed that it is ready for release, it will be sent to a suitable place for release.
