Some Class 100 clean rooms are located in large workshops with large air-conditioning units, so they can provide a more suitable temperature for the clean room. If the environment where the clean room is located is not air-conditioned, or the temperature required by the clean room is different, then a double-layer ceiling can be made into a 100-level clean room, with a ceiling air conditioner installed on it to adjust the temperature, and FFU below to filter the air.
