More than 300 "new farmers" came to one village
What are the "young people of the village" doing?
Heilongjiang cranberries, Guangxi sugar oranges, Sichuan caviar, ......These "new native products" let us see that with the progress of agricultural technology, the promotion of new facilities and new models, coupled with the support of various localities for agricultural characteristic industries, some agricultural products have gone out of the original traditional main producing areas, and to a certain extent, they have broken through the limitations of natural conditions.
Behind this, countless people, especially young people, have joined in this practice of rural revitalization.
On January 26th, the young people in our village - "Rural Youth Innovation Club" Chengdu Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Series Theme Practice Activities were launched in Donglin Art Village, Pidu District, Chengdu. At the scene, a reporter from Chengdu Business Daily-Red Star News met these "young people in the village".

The young people of the village are engaged in agriculture with technology.
In the rural land of the land of abundance, there are both "homing geese" who once lived in this land, and "new villagers" who look forward to rural life, but now they all have a common identity - "new farmers". On January 26th, these new farmers gathered in Donglin Art Village for an exchange of experiences.
In Tieniu Village, Pujiang County, there are more than 60 resident "new villagers" and more than 300 "new villagers" who live irregularly, these people come from more than 20 provinces and cities across the country, including CEOs of multinational companies, designers, and financial experts, all of whom are talents from all walks of life. It is precisely because of their efforts to extend the citrus industry chain, implant new consumption formats, and introduce ecological planting technology that the citrus here can be sold well.
The sturgeon breeding base in Pengzhou, Chengdu, is the upstream link in the production of caviar. The bottleneck of caviar production is that the sturgeon spawning period is too short, so how to continue to expand the scale of the industry and let a sturgeon swim in one industry, "technology empowerment" has become the key word. The reporter learned that Ma Zhirui, who just graduated from Shanghai Ocean University last year with a master's degree in aquaculture, is now engaged in scientific research here. Together with Ma Zhirui, there are five young researchers with an average age of 25 years old, whose common research direction is to break through the bottleneck of sturgeon spawning period, achieve year-round spawning, and strive to promote the development of the caviar industry.
Look at this young man again, he is Shu Xingyu, the agricultural professional manager of Chengdu Wanmao Xinxin Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperative, a "post-90s" new farmer.
After graduating from university, Shu Xingyu gave up his original job in the enterprise and chose to return to the village to help farmers farm with high technology. He and his friends set up professional cooperatives to attract more young people to return to their hometowns, and successively introduced more modern agricultural science and technology methods. At present, there are 31 members in this young "new farmer" team, with an average age of less than 27 years old, and the youngest is only 19 years old. In 2023, they will help the villagers to serve and plant a total of 40,000 mu of land and harvest more than 20 million catties of rice and wheat.

At present, the list of supply and demand opportunities for the first phase of livable and business-friendly rural construction has been released.
It is understood that this list is led by the Youth League Municipal Committee, and all districts (cities) and counties have extensively collected the needs of town and village development and youth entrepreneurship, and compiled the first list. The list includes four categories: agricultural services, application scenarios, consumption scenarios, and agricultural and sideline products, with a total of 100 needs, covering agricultural product business, talent and venue needs, brand promotion, market development, operation and investment, financial services and other scenarios, releasing opportunities for youth development in livable, workable and beautiful rural construction.
At the event, the flag awarding ceremony was held for the representatives of the first batch of members of the Chengdu Youth Rural Broadcasting Team. According to reports, the Youth League Municipal Committee has extensively contacted youth groups such as the first industry, youth in the e-commerce industry, young talents in the Internet field, and college students in Chengdu to form the first batch of rural broadcast teams of Chengdu youth, and create a live broadcast brand belonging to local youth in Chengdu. At the scene, the representatives of the first batch of members of the Chengdu Youth Rural Broadcasting Team accepted the flag and called on more young people to join the ranks of the Rural Broadcasting Team and devote themselves to rural revitalization.
Not only that, the first centralized live broadcast of the "Chengdu Youth Rural Broadcast Activity" was also carried out simultaneously - through the form of "walking broadcast", it went to various booths of the rural characteristic agricultural products market to interact with the rural innovation and entrepreneurship youth, display rural characteristic agricultural products and traditional handicrafts, and recommend the village (community) cultural tourism consumption scene.
It is reported that as an important part of the "Creative Village" action released on the same day, this year, the Youth League Municipal Committee will organize and carry out "4+N" live broadcast activities, access to the sales needs of local representative rural agricultural products and cultural and creative products in 23 districts (cities) and counties, and the recommended needs of village (community) cultural and tourism consumption scenarios, so as to provide business empowerment and practical opportunities for local anchors or teams.
