It is reported that the application will close at 18:00 on March 8, 2024.
The funding projects mainly focus on renovating old communities, improving the home living environment, caring for children in distress and migrant children, and focusing on the home life of poor and vulnerable groups, including: "Good Warmth and Good Living" Community Micro Renovation Project, "Helping Home Program" Home Micro Renovation Project, and "9961" Community Charity Service Project Funding Program.

Among them, the "Good Warmth and Good Living" community micro-renovation project will carry out overall space renovation for old communities (including but not limited to urban village communities, ordinary commercial communities, etc.), middle-aged and elderly people (60 years old) accounting for more than 10% and 15% of the permanent population, and other sites that meet the renovation conditions, so as to create social activity spaces, sports and fitness spaces, and quiet leisure spaces suitable for children and the elderly. The project is modular according to the site area, and the transformation is carried out according to local conditions. The renovated community will have a centralized outdoor public activity area with an area of no less than 200 square meters, and has the upgrading space and needs for children and the elderly, such as barrier-free passage repair, uneven ground in the activity area, fitness equipment for the elderly needs to be repaired, handrails can be installed in the rest area, and children's activity equipment is damaged. The project will select a total of 3 eligible community public spaces in 11 pilot streets for renovation, with the renovation cost of each space not exceeding 900,000 yuan, and the total renovation cost not exceeding 2.7 million yuan.
The "Home Helping Home Program" home micro-renovation project focuses on the elderly and vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children, and the disabled who need to improve their home living environment due to family difficulties and other reasons, focusing on their functional needs such as home life care, daily life and walking, and nursing, and transforming the home environment through construction and transformation, facility allocation, and assistive device adaptation. The "double hundred" social worker station of the pilot street (town) selects eligible families within the jurisdiction, and a total of 20 households are screened in 11 pilot streets for home micro-transformation, with a total cost of no more than 300,000 yuan.
The 9961 "Community Charity Service Project Funding Program" provides funding for the elderly, children and groups with special difficulties in the community, and carries out targeted community charity projects such as assistance for the elderly with special needs, home visits and spiritual care for the elderly, and community participation for children in distress and migrant children. The organizer will select the first batch of 40 eligible community charity service projects, in principle, each pilot street will fund three or four projects, each project will not exceed 50,000 yuan in principle (the project management fee in the project budget shall not exceed 15% of the total project budget in principle), and the total project funding shall not exceed 2 million yuan.
