Moisture-resistant and warm. When it rains, it is humid, so you should pay attention to avoid getting caught in the rain, and try to choose the right rain gear to keep your body dry. Clear the liver and eyes. During the rainy season, it is necessary to pay attention to regulating liver qi, and eat foods that are beneficial to the liver and clear the eyes, such as carrots, spinach, wolfberries, etc.

Regulates the spleen and stomach. In spring, the weather is warmer, colder in the morning and evening, and the wind is gradually increasing, so it is common to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits to replenish human body water and eat less greasy food. You can eat more jujubes, yams, lotus seeds, leeks, spinach, etc., and the diet is better to porridge, which can be made into lotus seed porridge, yam porridge, red date porridge, etc., and eat less mutton and other warm foods.

The rain season is the best time of the year to regulate the spleen and stomach, which can effectively improve the body's immune function, prevent aging and anti-aging. At this time, you should eat less sour food, daily dishes can be paired with stir-fried bean sprouts, shepherd's cabbage, egg dumplings, tender bamboo shoots and other seasonal foods, you can also eat some lotus root peanut soup, yam keel soup and other stews that nourish yin and moisturize dryness and are beneficial to the spleen and stomach.
