OPT's newly released scanning measurement sensor SmartScan series models are specially developed for plane 2D inspection, which are widely used in aluminum profiles, plates, coils, battery manufacturing, PCB boards, clothing plate making, textile materials, film inspection and other industries. The new product has a built-in contact image sensor (CIS), and the imaging is distortion-free; With the measurement software, the measurement program can be automatically generated without programming when importing the drawing file, which is accurate, efficient and easy to use.

High-precision 1:1 imaging with zero distortion

The scanning measurement sensor adopts a contact image sensor, which integrates the light source, lens, and photoelectric conversion chip, and uses a cylindrical lens to realize 1:1 imaging of the object and the image sensor, which can avoid the resolution loss caused by image distortion and edge blur, and can reduce the burden of subsequent image processing.

Not only that, the scanning measurement sensor can also provide high resolution, low noise and a wider dynamic range, and with the lighting system, the light is uniform, not easy to produce reflection, especially suitable for the aluminum profile industry size measurement, its resolution up to 1200dpi.

The detection width of the scanning measurement sensor can reach up to 500mm, and the measurement accuracy will not be affected by the width; At the same time, it can also avoid the tilt of the calibration surface and the loss and overlap of different axes of the image due to the inconsistent height and angle of the splicing camera, and the acquired image has a higher degree of restoration.

Automatic recognition of the program, efficient measurement

While ensuring accuracy, the scanning measurement sensor is also highly in line with the needs of industrial detection, using CameraLink interface, with the capture card, the data transmission speed can reach 480MB s, and at the same time, it is also equipped with 01 m high-precision mobile stage for fast mobile mapping.

The measurement software with the scanning measurement sensor is developed based on the bottom layer of OPT Smart3, the algorithm performance is stable, it supports offline automatic programming, and the CAD drawings can be automatically recognized with one click of the mouse, and the measurement program can be quickly generated and the full-scale measurement report can be obtained.

Intelligent matching of measurement programs.

In the measurement process, the scanning measurement sensor can also automatically identify the program to avoid finding and checking the drawing, and can also import the offline program for secondary editing; It also provides a variety of manual measurement elements such as points, lines, circles, etc., which can quickly assist in the completion of special position detection. At the same time, it is also compatible with CAD drawing software, no need to switch software, convenient and simple.

The scanning measurement sensor is also equipped with more than 20 measurement tools such as wall thickness ruler, meter weight, cross-sectional area, position, straightness, contour deviation, etc., which supports contrast filling, graphic matching measurement, and automatic alignment functions.

Even if there are no CAD drawings and programs, the scanning measurement sensor can still measure the distance, diameter, radius, wall thickness, angle, geometric tolerance and other dimensions of the incoming material; At the same time, it also supports reverse engineering, which can scan incoming materials for automatic fitting of straight lines and arcs, and export DXF format files, saving time in manual measurement and output drawings.
