At last year's CIFTIS, the Invest Beijing Global Summit was held for the first time in the form of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative investment promotion, and a total of 277 projects in 4 categories involving Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei were released, with a total investment of 894500 million yuan to release development opportunities to the world.
At the meeting, the collaborative investment promotion yielded fruitful results, and 51 major projects were signed, involving an amount of 1045500 million yuan. For example, the Beijing Haichang Ocean Park project signed by Haichang Group and Tongzhou District is the first international-level large-scale marine cultural tourism project in the sub-center of the city. The total construction scale of the project is about 140,000 square meters, and it will plan to build a multi-format cluster such as ecology, popular science, research, interaction, performance, art, online celebrity check-in, catering, etc., which is expected to create a new landmark for cultural tourism consumption in Beijing.
At the same time, the investment promotion departments of the three places signed the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Investment Promotion Strategic Cooperation Agreement" at the meeting, agreeing to strengthen cooperation among the three places in terms of improving the collaborative working mechanism for investment promotion, jointly organizing investment promotion activities, and carrying out joint investment promotion in the industrial chain.
Based on these cooperation, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will continue to carry out coordinated investment promotion this year to help the coordinated development of industries in the three places. According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center, this year will rely on the 2024 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Chain Conference to carry out Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint promotion around key industrial chains, and organize relevant enterprises in the three places to carry out docking and cooperation.
