In order to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, enrich the spiritual life of the people, and create a festive and peaceful atmosphere for the New Year, on February 3, the "Dragon Walking China - Jiachen Dragon Year Zodiac Cultural Relics Exhibition" was launched in the temporary exhibition hall on the third floor of the Shuangyashan Museum.
The exhibition is divided into three units, the first unit is "The Origin and Evolution of the Dragon Image", which shows the different forms of dragon images from the Neolithic Age to the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as the continuous enrichment and improvement of dragon culture in the long history; The second unit is "Dragons in History and Culture", which focuses on the display of cultural relics containing dragon images in the fields of jade, ritual weapons, weapons, living utensils, clothing, architecture, paintings, etc.; The third unit is "The Descendants of the Dragon - Dragons in Folk Culture", showing the legends and beliefs, festival customs, arts and crafts related to dragons.
It is understood that the "Dragon Walking China - Jiachen Year of the Dragon Zodiac Cultural Relics Exhibition" selects hundreds of cultural relics with the theme of dragons and exhibits them in the form of **, leading everyone to understand the long development process of dragon culture, showing the strong "New Year's flavor" in a more intuitive form, so that the audience can appreciate the Chinese "dragon" in the cultural relics at close range, feel the charm of China's excellent traditional culture, and add cultural heritage to the festival.
