Li Luming, male, born in February 1968, postgraduate degree, doctor of engineering, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is currently the president of Tsinghua University (vice minister level), deputy secretary of the Party committee, professor, director of the National Engineering Laboratory of Neuromodulation Technology, and director of the Institute of Human-Machine and Environmental Engineering. The establishment of the Expert Committee on the Scientific Application of the Lunar Exploration Engineering is the organizational guarantee for the realization of the scientific goal of the system engineering of the Lunar Exploration Project.
