There is a problem with the Golden State Warriors meritorious basketball, but it s not all to blame

The Warriors lost to the Pelicans and suffered a two-game losing streak.

This season, the three major teams in the West (Lakers, Suns, Warriors), the other two teams have returned slightly north, and the Warriors have continued to travel south, and now they have beaten the Jazz and won the 12th place in the West.

For the Warriors, what has been criticized this season is meritorious basketball:

Team coach Kerr puts too much emphasis on meritorious veterans, such as Klay and Wiggins, and does not give enough opportunities to young Kuminga, Moody, TJD, etc. Moody's was the worst, and he was inexplicably DNP three times.

This season, due to the loss of a lot of meritorious basketball, Clay can only occasionally need to be prosperous, and soon return to silence; Wiggins picked up the goji cup and entered the realm of desirelessness and rigidity.

Objectively speaking, Cole is indeed changing, and there are naturally objective reasons for this: Mr. Green applied for "detention", and Paul was stopped with a broken bone.

Everyone found out: even though Kerr was adjusting, TJD, Kuminga, and Podzemski gradually got opportunities, but the Warriors still couldn't win the ball.

The Warriors' number one problem is a lack of size.

During the Warriors dynasty, they relied on passing and three-point shooting to play a historic offensive level, which was used to make up for the lack of size.

Recently, the three-point level has dropped, the size problem has gradually been exposed, and now it is more and more dependent on Curry. Curry's performance at this stage has declined, which has made the situation even worse.

When you're undersized, your opponent can shoot or attack the basket in front of you, and when you're defending, you can be pressed by your size, which is very difficult for the Warriors.

The second question is:

The Warriors plan to develop young talent that is mediocre, with the likes of Kuminga, TJD, Moody and Podemski more than enough to be the pieces of a championship puzzle, but it is unrealistic to be the core of the team.

Veterans Klay, Wiggins, Dream Chaser (just released from prison), and Paul (injured) can't help Curry share the offensive firepower, so they can only rely on Curry's single-core strength.

At this time, the Warriors are probably going to miss Poole, no matter how bad Poole is, he can really help Curry share a certain amount of offensive firepower.

So how will the Warriors change? Thinking about trading Dejounte Murray or Siakacam?

Personally, I don't think it's very likely that the Warriors will make a big trade, sending Poole away in the offseason and trading to Paul are all for the sake of salary and no longer have to pay a lot of luxury tax.

Regardless of Murray and Sikan, the benefits to the Warriors are not great, so it is not worth it to affect the salary release plan.
