The National Health Commission's "Appropriate Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Myopia in Children and Adolescents (Updated Edition)" proposes to build a visual-friendly environment, and the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the High-quality Development of the Audiovisual Electronics Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other seven departments clearly clarifies the improvement of the supply of high-end products, the improvement of consumer experience, and the development of healthy and energy-saving products such as eye care. To this end, the China Quality Certification Center launched the visual health friendliness certification, for mobile phones, tablet computers, screen speakers, desktop vertical all-in-one machines, smart large screens and other display equipment, the technical basis by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Sun Yat-sen University Zhongshan Ophthalmology Center mainly drafted and formulated, the use of medical and engineering integration, put forward the visual health friendliness index system of display equipment, covering the equipment darkroom optical display performance, bright room ambient light characteristics, optical radiation safety performance, visual comfort evaluation, Intelligent perception and protection and time management. The certification will play a positive role in third-party conformity assessment, promote the development of display devices in a health-friendly direction, and contribute to a better and healthy life for consumers.
