China is known as the "country of orchids". As one of the oldest flowers of the Chinese nation, Chinese orchids have always been famous for their large quantity, variety and good quality. This exhibition is mainly divided into four parts: the National Orchid Culture and Art Corridor, the Xishu Garden-style National Orchid Habitat Exhibition Area (Orchid Garden Landscape), the Orchid Cultural Center, and the National Orchid Provenance Exhibition Area (Orchid Boutique Exhibition Area), combining the natural attributes and humanistic characteristics of orchids, highlighting the core theme of "Gentleman in Flowers" in the quiet and poetic atmosphere of the thatched cottage, and reflecting the traditional cultural images such as courtyards, Xishu classical gardens, flowers and birds with the emotional symbols of orchids with clear color, clear air and clear spirits. The change of scenery reflects the profound historical and cultural heritage and the picture of the times behind the theme of the exhibition, and constructs an immersive viewing space for Chinese orchid culture, which is both popular science, artistic, storytelling and contemporary.
Guolan Culture and Art Gallery exhibits 26 pieces of orchid-themed calligraphy and painting works created by 18 famous contemporary Sichuan calligraphers and painters, such as Xie Jiyun, Guo Qiang, He Kaixin, Shu Jiong, Leng Baiqing, Hou Kaijia, Deng Daikun, Wei Xuefeng, Peng Xiancheng, Liu Yunquan, Liu Pu, Guo Ruyu, Wu Xujing, Liang Shimin, Qin Tianzhu, etc., these works are diverse in form, different in style, elegant in humanistic atmosphere, rich in artistic connotation, calligraphers and painters use their own artistic language to express the spiritual connotation of orchid fitness and handsomeness, elegance and nobility.
The Xishu garden-style orchid habitat exhibition area is embellished with the characteristic plants of the Sichuan school bonsai, and in the quiet and beautiful garden scenery, the delicate red begonias, gerberas in full bloom and other flowers and plants highlight the elegant charm of orchids.
The Orchid Cultural Center tells the natural story and humanistic spirit of orchids from three aspects: orchid science knowledge, orchid history and culture, grass hall orchid garden and ** orchid, and exhibits fine orchids at the same time.
This exhibition takes orchids as the carrier and culture as the core, organically combines the rich cultural heritage of Du Fu Thatched Cottage, tells the story of orchids, and creates an important brand cultural activity in the city. It is reported that the exhibition will last until October 31.
