Chen Jie pointed out that the rapid development of digital technology has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to global education, and is profoundly changing the education concept, education model and education form. China attaches great importance to the digitalization of education governance and the governance of digital education, actively explores and practices digital governance, and issues the "Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services", proposing to adhere to the principles of equal emphasis on development and security, promoting innovation and law-based governance, supporting education and scientific research institutions to carry out in-depth cooperation in technological innovation, resource construction, transformation and application, risk prevention, etc., and establishing an expert advisory committee on education digitalization and an artificial intelligence ethics committee. Formulate a standardized system for the application of digital education, and actively prevent the risks and challenges brought by artificial intelligence to education.
Chen Jie said that in the future, China is willing to carry out exchanges and cooperation with other countries in the field of digitalization of education governance and digital education governance, jointly promote the digitalization of education governance, and jointly explore scientific rules, scientific rules and standards for digital education governance, so as to ensure that digital education is fair and inclusive and benefits everyone.
