Note: What are the exam rules? In today's highly competitive society, more and more people choose to take the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam to improve their professional quality and competitiveness. However, for many candidates, the rules and requirements of the exam remain a mystery.

Since passing the CPA exam, there have always been classmates and colleagues who have asked me questions in various aspects, such as what are the rules of the CPA exam? Today, as a "person who has come over", I will officially share with you my experience on the road to preparing for the CPA exam.

1. Registration conditions

2.Have a college degree or above, or have an intermediate or above professional title in accounting, auditing, financial management and other related majors;

3.Have not been subject to criminal punishment and have no record of other serious violations of law and discipline.

I have taken CPA courses in Gaotu Finance before, and I have to say that I have benefited a lot. I have also compared many institutions before, but when it comes to faculty and cost performance, it has to be Gaotu Finance stronger. It is also very convenient to communicate with the teacher in class here, and you can ask questions at any time whether you don't understand them in or out of class.

What I remember the most should be Mr. Wang Tingxi, his class style is funny and humorous, which is really to my liking. The classroom atmosphere is also very good, learning is easy and enjoyable, and if you recommend it comprehensively, Gaotu Finance is indeed a good choice.

2. Registration timeThe registration time of each year is usually in March, and the specific time is subject to the notice of the Certified Public Accountant Examination Committee of the Ministry of Finance.

Candidates need to complete the online registration, payment and confirmation within the specified time.

3. The examination subjects are divided into two stages: the professional stage and the comprehensive stage.

There are 6 subjects in the professional stage, including Accounting, Auditing, Tax Law, Economic Law, Corporate Strategy and Risk Management, and Financial Cost Management. Candidates need to pass the exam at the professional stage before they can move on to the comprehensive stage. There is one subject in the comprehensive stage, namely the Comprehensive Vocational Ability Test.

Fourth, the examination form: Note: The examination is conducted in the form of closed-book and written examination.

The examination time for each subject is 3 hours, and the total score is 100 points, with a passing score of 60 points. Candidates need to complete the answers within the specified time, and they are not allowed to enter the examination room after the deadline.

5. Test LocationNote: There are test centers nationwide, and candidates can choose the nearest test center to take the test according to their actual situation.

The specific test center information can be found on the official ** of the CPA Examination Committee of the Ministry of Finance.

6. The results of the examination are usually released within 2 months after the end of the examination.

Candidates can check their results through the official ** of the Certified Public Accountant Examination Board of the Ministry of Finance. For subjects that are not passed, candidates can continue to register for the exam in the second year, but they will need to pay the registration fee again.

7. Qualified candidates need to pass all the subjects in the professional stage within 5 years in order to obtain the qualification certificate.

After obtaining the qualification certificate, candidates also need to work in an accounting firm for 2 years before they can apply for registration as a certified public accountant.
