So what does it mean to be an organization?

> gang, the first thing that comes to everyone's mind when they hear the word gang is that it must be a criminal team, right, which is enough to show that it is too low at this level
Organization (for mission, faith) - team (in order to do this well, have feelings) - gang (only money in eyes, in order to make money, you can do nothing).
So if you want your gang to become an organization, you must first have a mission, a vision, and values. If there is no Tao, it can only be a gang. Sooner or later, you have to get in, and the speed of closure is extremely fast.
But whether it is an organization, a team, or a gang must have an organizational structure, different company structures can support the number of people is not the same, this is like our foundation, some houses can only build 10 floors, some foundations can build 100 floors, some foundations can manage 10 years, some can manage several generations. So the organizational structure is very central.
The organizational structure of a company with 10 individuals is completely different. How much you can accomplish depends on how many people you can accommodate in your organizational structure.
The only thing the boss needs to do is to find 3 people (general manager, CEO, financial CFO, business director COO), put them in the right position, improve the pattern and realm, and be willing to share the world with the brothers. There are internal and external. That is, the division of labor is clear.
