In industrial production, waterjet cutting machine, as an efficient and accurate cutting equipment, is widely used in various fields. However, just like any mechanical device, waterjet cutters are subject to various failures, one of the most common of which is the failure of the accumulator. Today, we will introduce you to the common faults of waterjet accumulators, maintenance steps, and finding professional waterjet repair services.
1. Common faults of waterjet accumulators
1. Insufficient accumulator inflation pressure: This may be caused by damage to the nitrogen air bag or insufficient pressure of the nitrogen cylinder.
2. Oil leakage from accumulator: It may be that the seal is aging or damaged, or the connection is loose or cracked.
3. The accumulator moves slowly or does not work: it may be due to hydraulic oil pollution, high oil temperature or improper setting of the relief valve.
Second, the maintenance steps of the waterjet accumulator
1. Check the accumulator inflation pressure: If the pressure is insufficient, you need to check whether the nitrogen cylinder pressure and nitrogen air bag are in good condition. If the nitrogen bladder is damaged, it needs to be replaced; If the pressure of the nitrogen cylinder is insufficient, it needs to be reinflated.
2. Check the accumulator seal: If the seal is found to be aged or damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one. At the same time, the joints should be inspected for looseness or cracking, and if so, they need to be retightened or repaired.
3. Check the hydraulic oil: If the hydraulic oil is seriously polluted or the oil temperature is too high, you need to replace it with a new hydraulic oil. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the setting of the relief valve is correct, if the setting is not appropriate, the setting value of the relief valve needs to be adjusted.
