Zhang Yunquan has been deeply touched by the long-term work of letters and visits at the grassroots level: Face-to-face communication between cadres and the masses can shorten the distance and enhance their feelings, so that they can compare their hearts with each other and understand each other. In a certain area, the construction of aqua toilets to water toilets was resisted, and a toilet was rebuilt three times, and then demolished three times, and it could not be built for three months, causing inconvenience to many nearby residents.
