The implementation plan put forward a total of 29 specific measures in 8 aspects, and the Office of the Provincial Safety Committee issued 31 departmental sub-plans, forming a "1+31" overall framework for tackling the root causes of production safety. In three years, we will carry out in-depth safety education and training for the main persons in charge of production and business operation units, improve the standard system for judging major accident hazards, dynamically clear major accident hazards, support and engineering governance of safety science and technology, improve the safety quality and ability of employees in production and business operation units, build a safety management system for production and business operation units, accurately enforce and help in production safety, and improve the safety quality of the whole people.
