The S4 highway passes through Minhang District and Fengxian District along the Fengpu East Bridge. The scale of the project is a highway. The main projects include the construction of the Fengpu East Bridge, the reconstruction of the Fengpu Bridge and the ground connection section.
S4 Highway is an important ray expressway in the Shanghai expressway network of "one ring and twelve shots" and "one vertical, one horizontal and multiple connections".It is a fast passage from the central city to Fengxian District, Jinshan District, Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone, Jinshan Petrochemical General Plant and other large industrial zonesIt is also an important inter-provincial channel between Shanghai and Zhejiang.
