There are several ways to import parts into the SINOCAM software:
1. Directly import parts;
2. Import parts from excel:
3. Import parts from the database;
4. Import parts from the parts library;
5. Import parts from the selected drawing.
Today we will mainly talk about the method of Excel import parts.
There are two rules for importing parts with excel, one is:Default import rules, one isImport Rule 1
The difference between the two is that when importing parameters, the rules for representing parameters are different.
So what isParametric importThis?
Parametric import means that there is no need to draw part drawings, just read the parameter data in Excel, and the software can automatically draw part drawings.
1. Default import rules
The parameterization of the default import rules supports the import of rectangles, right triangles, circles, rings, fans, fan rings, parallelograms, right angles trapezoids, isosceles trapezoids and other graphics.
1. ** is the example part, first observe the excel that needs to be imported**, and the red one with * is required;
2. Right-click on the parts list and click "Import parts from excel";
3. Click the green folder icon, import Excel** into the software, and select the corresponding "Default Import Rule"; Note that the name in the software and the imported name should be the same, and in the demo, it is a sheet; The letters filled in the "parameter reading" should correspond to the information of each column in the imported **, for example, the part name is in column A, then the corresponding "part name" in the parameter reading should be written A.
4. The parts are imported successfully, and you can see that the parts information in excel have been read.
2. Import Rule 1
The parameterization of import rule 1 only supports the import of rectangles, right-angled triangles, circles, circles, right-angled trapezoids, and isosceles trapezoids.
Precautions. 1) If the file path is empty, it means that the parametric import should be carried out according to the length and width columns. 2) For regular parts, the items with * are required; For special-shaped parts, if the information with * can be directly reflected in the part drawing, there is no need to fill in; 3) When the file path is empty, look at the data in the long and wide columns, which are both numbers, indicating that they are rectangular. When there are 2 characters in the width column, it is represented as a right-angled triangle. The length column starts with " " and the width column is empty and is represented as a circle. When the length column and width column start with " ", and the length and width are not equal, they are represented as rings, and their hours are taken as the diameter of the inner hole, and the larger is the diameter of the outer contour. If there is a "+" in the length column, it is a right-angled trapezoid, the number part on the left side of the + (there may be parentheses at the beginning and end when entering, so the number part is taken as the upper bottom), the number part on the right is the bottom bottom, and the width is listed as the trapezoidal height. When there is a "+" in the width column, it is an isosceles trapezoid, the left part of the number + is the upper bottom, the right part of the number is the bottom bottom, and the width column is trapezoidal height. 4) Enter the size of the circle in the length column, and the beginning of the character, the width column is empty; 5) The upper and lower bottom of the right-angle trapezoid are entered in a column of length, separated by a half-angle "+" in the middle; 6) The upper and lower bottom of the isosceles trapezoidal are entered in a column of width, separated by a half-angle "+" in the middle; 7) The size of the ring starts with the character, and the outer contour diameter and the small value of the large value in the length column and width column are the inner hole diameter; 8) When triangles, fill in the width value of 2 in the width column9) When the value of the column of whether it is a profile is empty, the table and the inside are plate parts, and filling in "yes" means that it is a profile part; 10) If it is a profile part, no matter how much you fill in the width, it is the default 100 after importing the software, so as to facilitate nesting; 11) When the end of the profile part has an oblique chamfer angle, fill in the angle value in the width column, as shown in the following figure.
1. ** is the example part, first observe the excel that needs to be imported**, and the red one with * is required;
2. Right-click on the parts list and click "Import parts from excel";
3. Click the green folder icon to import excel** into the software, and select the corresponding "import rule 1"; Note that the name of the software and the name of the import should be the same, and the name here in the demo is sheet1; The letters filled in the "parameter reading" should correspond to the information of each column in the imported **, for example, the part name here is in column c, then the corresponding "part name" in the parameter reading should be written c.
4. The parts are imported successfully, and you can see that the parts information in excel have been read.
