On June 3, 2023, Fu came to the rental house to visit a sick friend (i.e., Wei's roommate). Wei and Shi were also at home, and Fu provoked Wei through the door in the rental room, "Why don't you dare to come out to see me when I'm here now", although Wei ignored it, he was unhappy and quarreled with his boyfriend.
In the afternoon of the same day, Wei saw Fu sitting on the sofa and stepped forward and slapped Fu in the face, and then Fu and Wei scuffled together, after which Wei was crushed to the ground by Fu. Shi and his roommate sat on the sofa**. After Wei and Fu were separated from the scuffle, Wei suddenly got up and jumped from the balcony window, and finally jumped to his death.

Therefore, this court decided that Shi should compensate the plaintiff 50,000 yuan.
Fu knew that Shi had a girlfriend, but he still had an ambiguous chat with Shi, which should be morally condemned, and Wei was dissatisfied with Fu Mou, and the two quarreled and scolded each other on a public platform. On June 3, 2023, when Fu came to Shi and Wei's rental house, Fu took the initiative to provoke Wei, although Wei did not fight back on the spot, but it obviously angered Wei. In the afternoon of the same day, when Fu came to Wei and Shi's rental house again, this once again angered Wei emotionally, although Wei took the initiative to call Fu, but Wei ended in failure, so there is a certain factual connection between Wei's death and Fu's previous chatting, quarrelling, provocation, and scuffle behavior at the time of the accident, so this court decided to pay the plaintiff 30,000 yuan appropriately in accordance with the principle of equitable responsibility.
