Social socializing can have a psychological and emotional impact on people, and some people will fall into a vicious cycle of "holiday drinking", and the end result is that the whole holiday season is exhausting. So, what is there to keep yourself in terms of not affecting your feelings?

One of the major changes in the Chinese public after three years of the pandemic is that they are more serious about their physical health than ever before – as evidenced by the sharp rise in the number of people running in parks and the fact that marathons of a certain size are almost always hard to come by.
On the basis of this understanding, it is necessary to re-examine the things that have caused headaches for many people, such as drinking and socializing.
It's not that all socializing is a bad thing. Living in a society requires constant trade-offs to find a balance between life, work, social interactions, personal hobbies, and health pursuits. As people pay more attention to health, this balance point can undoubtedly be adjusted to shift to the health side.
Entertainment is inseparable from the wine party, and the impact of the wine game on health is mainly reflected in three aspects: eating, drinking, and smoking (including passive smoking), which is easy for the public to understand. In addition, social interaction has psychological and emotional effects on people, which are less publicly discussed. In fact, the stakes are high.
A significant number of people have experienced an unusually low mood on the second day of a drinking party. There are four main reasons for this change in mood. The first is the loss that comes with the end of the song, especially for those who like to spend time with their friends. The second is the effects of alcohol, after excessive intake of alcohol, most people will enter a period of low mood with the end of the period of excitement caused by alcohol. The third factor is the combination of the first two and the resulting lack of sleep, especially excessive alcohol consumption, which can have a serious impact on sleep. Some people seem to fall asleep quickly after drinking, but the quality of sleep after drinking is very poor. The last factor is also related to alcohol consumption, which is the low blood sugar caused by alcohol, which can make people more depressed.
Most "alcoholics" are more or less depressed the day after drinking, and the degree varies from person to person.
The way to prevent or mitigate this problem is, of course, to restrain yourself from drinking less. The question is, if the emotional problem has already appeared on the second day of the drinking party, how can it be mitigated or eliminated? Here is a simple suggestion: to replenish enough water and sugar, you can directly drink sugar water or honey water, or you can drink porridge, eat noodle soup, etc., to avoid leaving the body in a state of dehydration and hypoglycemia; Try not to stay in bed all the time and do some soothing exercise (such as walking); Adjust your routine to give your body plenty of rest.
However, some "experienced" alcoholics have a simpler solution: seek a new drinking party, with the help of the so-called "soul wine", which can quickly solve the problem of low mood and lack of energy.
Does "Soul Wine" really work? Yes It actually uses alcohol to stimulate the body to return to a state of excitement with a stressful nature. But this comes at a health cost: on the one hand, more alcohol intake, and on the other hand, prolonged stress is also harmful to health (in competitive sports, including marathons, the body returns to a relaxed state after passing the "pole", which is also a state of stress and is also considered harmful to health).
For those who rely on "rejuvenation wine" to solve the problem of low mood after drinking, the originally set "social-healthy" balance point can easily be broken by the first drinking party, and fall into a vicious circle until the body is so tired that they "can't drink" - this is the origin of the phenomenon of some people's "holiday drinking party rotation", and sometimes the person concerned is not very clear why he did not resolutely push off the drinking party he did not want to participate in. The end result of this is that the whole festival is exhausting, even like a serious illness, and it takes a long time to adjust.
If you are one of those people who are easily swayed by the drinking situation, then you should do a good job of psychological construction on the first day of the festival and plan how to avoid this situation. Remember: you don't need a reason to refuse to socialize in the first place. But in order not to disappoint your friends, you can make a plan in advance, take stock of the people you expect to get together, form a good bureau, and complete the social tasks at the right time. And control the amount of alcohol you drink in advance, don't discourage alcohol - there are three flavors in wine, and it is worth reminiscing about the communication in a slightly drunk state, not drunk together.
Or, you can start celebrating the holidays with friends with a healthy fit from now on.
Teacher Ji Xiaolong, a well-known pathology expert, once said: The festival tests a person's will, and it depends on whether you can maintain yourself and let the whole festival live as usual. With such firmness, even if you go to the drinking party, you can be very calm.
