The Spring Festival is approaching, and people who work and study in other places are stepping on their way home. After graduating from university, which cities are the first choice for new workers?

The proportion of fresh undergraduates employed in first-tier cities has declined.
The proportion of employment in second-tier cities and below has increased.
Population inflow is an important indicator of whether a city is attractive or not, and young college students have been the main object of competition among cities in recent years.
According to the data of the Employment Blue Book, the proportion of fresh undergraduates employed in first-tier cities has decreased in the past five years, the proportion of 2022 undergraduate graduates employed in first-tier cities (17%) decreased by 19% compared with 2018 (21%), the proportion of new first-tier cities employed remained flat, and the proportion of employment in second-tier cities and below increased from 53% in 2018 to 57% in 2022.
