Article 1 The Mint shall be under the jurisdiction of the branch and shall be in charge of all matters relating to the minting of national currency.
Article 2 The mint shall have its head office in Tianjin, its branches in Wuchang, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Yunnan, and its temporary branch in Fengtian. Its branches are all under the direct jurisdiction of the head factory.

Article 12 The minting of new coins by each factory in the total score, the difference in weight, fineness, etc., must be handled in accordance with the rules and regulations, and the selection of proficient chemical personnel at any time for testing, if there is any discrepancy, that is, recast to the furnace, so as to avoid unevenness.
Article 13 The coins minted by each factory shall be sent to the branch for testing by the head office. The degree branch can also be selected at any time to check the coins minted by each factory.
Article 14 The incoming and outgoing payments of the mint shall be submitted to the branch by the head office on a quarterly basis. In addition to the form book, the annual summary shall be submitted to the account and final account inventory. Each branch shall report the discrepancies between the income and expenditure of the factory and the silver, copper and other currencies to the head office once a month. Settle the account books clearly in case the head office can check them at any time.
Article 15 If each branch hires foreign personnel, it should be submitted to the chief and deputy supervisors for approval before it can be assigned, and the rest of the artists, artists and members of the division shall be assisted by the general office of each branch to help the general office, select members, and submit to the chief and deputy superintendents for approval of the dispatch of the general office, and still make a list once every six months, and report to the head factory on a resume, to the year and month. Article 16 All members of the Mint shall be selected for three years by the branch according to the original statutes of the former Finance Department, and shall be selected and praised by all members who have contributed to the mint for less than two years. Article 17 If each factory has to visit the illegal casting, defense plant materials, etc., it shall request the provincial governor to assist and petition the governor for implementation at any time.
