In the distribution cabinet, the inverter is one of the most commonly used electrical devices, so what are the basic rating data of the inverter?

The rated data on the input side of the inverter are as follows:

The input voltage UIN, which is the voltage on the power supply side. In China, the input voltage of low-voltage inverter is usually 380V (three-phase) and 220V (single-phase). The input voltage of a medium and high voltage inverter is usually 066kV, 3kV, 6kV (three-phase). In addition, the inverter also specifies the allowable fluctuation range of the input voltage, such as 10%, -15%, 10%, etc. The maximum input voltage of the inverter is usually specified as 1 of the rated operating voltage15 times.

The frequency of the input side power supply fin, that is, the power supply frequency (often called the power frequency) is 50Hz in China, and the allowable fluctuation range of the frequency is usually specified at 5%.

The rated data on the output side of the inverter are as follows:

Rated voltage un. Because the output voltage of the inverter varies with the frequency, un is defined as the maximum voltage of the output. Usually, it is always equal to the input voltage uin.

Rated current in. The maximum current that the inverter allows for a long period of time.

The maximum output current is imax. The maximum output current imax is the most important data of the inverter, and it is also the most important basis for selecting the capacity of the inverter.

Rated capacity sn. It is determined by the product of the rated line voltage un and the rated line current in: sn=unin.

Maximum output capacity smax. The capacity given in the inverter manual is calculated according to the maximum working voltage, and should be corrected according to the working voltage in practical application.

Overload capacity. The overload capacity of the inverter refers to the multiple and time that its output current is allowed to exceed the rated value, and the overload capacity of most inverters is specified as: 150%, 1min. Compared with the allowable overload capacity of the motor, the overload capacity of the inverter is very low.
