"If you drive on the journey of your life, and the wheels of the car are the wheel of life, will you feel that the road is bumpy? ”This is my most common question in the wheel of life and also in the balance wheel.
Why would this question be a good conversation starter?
Because our brains are the brains of metaphors, and through metaphors to open up the imagination, maybe you have begun to imagine a car driving on the road:
What kind of car is that from?
What kind of road is it?
What does the view from the window tell you about what time of day it is?
What kind of scenery do you notice on the side of the road?
Where does the road lead?
The wheel is a great metaphor and an inspiring space where the conversation unfolds and the flow unfolds. The course of the dialogue seems natural but rhythmic.
Don't miss out on such a great coaching tool, and don't limit yourself to it.
The use of wheels can be a lot of creativity, and I usually use the 13 most commonly used scene usages to share with you:
Dry goods are coming, long press the top ** to save directly
Swipe left and right to see more
How to fill the balance wheel better?
It's best to keep your customers away from electronic distractions and help them slow down so they can connect more deeply with themselves and what really matters.
It's best to have your client print out the Wheel of Life evaluation form and fill it out with a pen rather than completing the ** version. For more information, please refer to the steps we have published.
Finally, don't just use balance wheels for customers! I suggest you use it on yourself – because it's important to match your words with your deeds.
I use this round a lot to check on how I'm doing and where I can make some adjustments to my life balance!
