One is renewed, and everything is renewed. The annual rings of the years inadvertently cross a trace in our limited life, making our life richer and more far-reaching. In the past 365 days, we have been in the big family of civilization practice in the new era, experienced the splendor of spring, the warmth of summer, the splendor of autumn, and the warmth of winter, and ushered in a hopeful 2024 with joy.
Looking back on 2023, we have the joy of harvesting, the joy of getting together, and many unforgettable memories. In this year, we organized and carried out the "I spent the New Year in the Civilization Practice Center" theme civilization practice activities, and sent the strong "New Year's flavor" into the people's homes, which not only spread the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, carried forward the new trend of civilization and morality, but also placed the happiness expectations of the masses of the people for the new year, so that the masses of the people can feel the warmth of the festival, and let the civilization practice activities in the new era be deepened and detailed for the grassroots people.
In this year, we successfully held the launching ceremony of the volunteer activities of learning from Lei Feng with the theme of "blooming the light of the new era and making the spirit of Lei Feng sustainable", in which we vigorously publicized the deeds of Lei Feng and carried forward the spirit of Lei Feng with a strong sense of social responsibility, organized the cadres and the masses to actively participate in the volunteer service activities of Lei Feng, cultivated the new style of the times, and gathered the strong spiritual force of forging ahead on a new journey and making contributions to the new era. 
In the past year, we organized and carried out the Symposium on Propaganda, Ideological and Cultural Work and Business Training Meeting, and the Training Course on Civilization Practice and Volunteer Service in the New Era, further promoted the construction of the New Era Civilization Practice Center of the Whole Banner, improved the quality and expansion of the scope, and upgraded the file, accelerated the deep integration of the practice of civilization in the new era and volunteer service, and improved the effectiveness of the volunteer service work of the New Era Civilization Practice in the New Era. 
In 2023, I will carry out more than 3,600 volunteer service activities, focusing on traditional festivals, theme practice days, and "Civilization Practice Concentrated Activity Day" every Friday. Civilized practice activities such as cultural entertainment, sports and fitness have continuously enriched the spiritual and cultural life of the people, promoted the introduction of traditional festival culture into daily life, and nourished the spiritual world of the masses. 
In this year, we extended our attention and publicity tentacles to the construction of volunteer service projects, successfully held the second Keshiketeng Banner New Era Civilization Practice Volunteer Service Project Competition, and cultivated 43 new era civilization practice brands, including 10 distinctive, bright, promotable and replicable new era civilization practice volunteer service projects, which the center focused on cultivating and guiding its normal operation. 
In the past year, we have opened wide channels to grasp the real needs of the masses, carried out the mapping of the needs of the masses, and accurately matched the needs of the masses. More than 6,000 "understanding cards" were distributed by the New Era Civilization Practice Center and various stations, which greatly improved the awareness rate and participation of the community in the practice of civilization in the new era. 
In this year, the volunteer service project of the Red Scarf Propaganda Group of "Inheritance of Children's Heart to the Party" cultivated by us won the third prize of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region New Era Civilization Practice Volunteer Service Project Competition, the second prize of the Chifeng New Era Civilization Practice Project Competition, and the third prize of the Chifeng New Era Civilization Practice Project Competition.
In this year, 15 practice stations, including the New Era Civilization Practice Institute of Cosmic Land Town and the New Era Civilization Practice Institute of Zhirui Town, were rated as Excellent Demonstration Stations of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the New Era Civilization Practice Station of the Community directly under Dalai Nuori Town, and the New Era Civilization Practice Station of Haolai Hure Sumu Haoluku Community were rated as Excellent Demonstration Stations of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
In the past year, through the model of "mass leadership + center stage + socialized operation", we have adhered to the people's culture and people's office, mass stage mass performances, and carried out the project of "civilized hand in hand, pairing and co-construction", which is trained and guided by professional counselors in the corresponding fields, and a series of literary and artistic volunteer service activities such as guidance and training, program arrangement, and literary and artistic performances have been carried out on a regular basis, and through stage performances, we have continuously deepened the cultural brands of various communities, and created a good atmosphere of activities in which the whole people participate and the masses play the leading roles. Effectively use literature and art to light up the community and enrich the lives of the people.
Looking back on the past, the achievements are remarkable and exciting; Looking forward to the future, the prospect is bright and full of confidence. Let us continue to maintain the fiery heart of public welfare, with the theme of disseminating new ideas and leading new trends, and with the new improvement of social civilization as a symbol, we will build a solid ideological and cultural position at the grassroots level in urban and rural areas, continuously meet the people's growing needs for a better life, and promote the formation of ideological concepts, spiritual outlook, civilized customs, and behavioral norms that meet the requirements of the new era, and build the civilization practice center in the new era into a spiritual home where the people have a heart and affection.
