1) Age characteristics of HPV infection in China: The age of HPV infection in ordinary women in China is characterized by "double peaks", that is, 17-24 years old and 40-44 years old are the two peak age groups for women infected with HPV in China, that is, the first peak of infection occurs in 17-24 years old, indicating that HPV vaccine should be vaccinated as soon as possible.
2) Adolescents are the primary targets of HPV vaccination: The 2017 WHO "HPV Vaccine: WHO Position Paper" suggests that in order to prevent cervical cancer, the WHO recommends that the primary target of HPV vaccination is girls aged 9-14 who have not had sex; The 2017 Guidelines for the Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Cervical Cancer in China suggest that the recommended age range for HPV vaccine vaccination in China is 9-45 years old women, with a focus on girls aged 13-15 years.
3) Differences between different types of HPV vaccines: The "valence" of HPV vaccine represents the number of HPV virus types covered by the vaccine, and the higher the valence, the more HPV types that the vaccine prophysifies. Recipients can choose the appropriate HPV vaccine according to their own conditions, including 2-valent, 4-valent, and 9-valent HPV vaccines, and each vaccine can obtain better protection after full vaccination.
