Strengthen agricultural machinery and equipment to make up for shortcomings. Focusing on the comprehensive mechanization of the whole process and the green production of facility agriculture, we will focus on the research and development of new intelligent equipment such as Gobi facility agriculture, intelligent field operations, agricultural machinery and equipment in hilly and mountainous areas, and intelligent grain quality and storage.
Strengthen the governance of agricultural biosecurity. Focusing on improving the prevention and control capacity of major animal and plant epidemics, strengthen the monitoring, early warning and green management of major animal diseases such as African swine fever, zoonotic diseases such as brucellosis, major crop diseases and pests such as vegetable thrips, and emerging emerging pests and diseases such as wheat stem rot, and study and deal with biological resistance.
Strengthen the supply of green and low-carbon technologies in agriculture. Focusing on the reduction and efficiency of inputs and ecological low-carbon agriculture, we will accelerate the creation of new green inputs, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and build a technical model for emission reduction and carbon sequestration, so as to help the green and low-carbon development of agriculture.
Strengthen support for rural development. Carry out research on the strategy of continuous improvement of grain production capacity, explore the path of high-quality development of rural characteristic industries, innovate and integrate the technical model of livable, workable and beautiful rural construction, and strengthen the research on "soft conditions" such as rural planning, rural governance system, and digital governance technology application.
