Upon arrival, law enforcement officers saw a van "lying" horizontally on the highway, occupying the third lane and part of the emergency lane, the front bumper had been loosened, the hood was deformed, the front windshield glass was cracked like a spider web, and there were obvious scratches on the left and right sides of the body.

Seeing that the driver was injured, the law enforcement officer immediately dialed 120. In the process of waiting for the ambulance, according to the driver, he was going to transport some tape to Xiamen that day, when passing through the accident section, he suddenly felt that the body shook obviously, and the steering wheel was also a little uncontrollable, the driver subconsciously stepped on the brakes, and then tried to slam the steering wheel to control the direction, and the vehicle rolled over.

After inspection, law enforcement officers found that the left rear wheel of the van had been punctured, and the surface of the tires was worn bald. Seeing such tires, the driver remembered that because he was usually busy with delivery, the car had not been maintained in the repair shop for a long time, and he occasionally felt that the braking distance was relatively long when he was driving, and the tire wear was a bit serious, but in order to save money and send more goods, he was not willing to change the tire, but he did not expect an accident, and the gains outweighed the losses.

Subsequently, law enforcement officers and staff from highway services, emergency repairs and other departments cleaned up the scattered goods, righted the overturned truck, and the traffic on the scene returned to normal. The accident car was also quickly towed away from the scene.
