In recent years, with the joint efforts of all sectors of society, the city's food safety has continued to be stable, the people's satisfaction with food safety has increased year by year, and Xi'an has successfully won the "National Food Safety Demonstration City". The Spring Festival is approaching, food consumption is concentrated, market demand is strong, and food safety problems are prone to high occurrence. In view of the characteristics of food safety during the Spring Festival, the Economic Development District Bureau of Xi'an Market Supervision Bureau put forward the following suggestions for you to prevent food safety risks and organize production and operation in a scientific and orderly manner
1. Law-abiding operation. Permits shall be obtained in accordance with law for those engaged in food production, food sales, and catering services. Food producers and traders should strengthen the "Food Safety Law" and the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of the Main Responsibility of Enterprises for the Implementation of Food Safety", as well as the study of food safety laws, regulations and operating procedures involving their respective business formats, and use food additives in strict accordance with the national food safety standards, and strictly prohibit the use of food additives beyond the scope and limit. It is strictly forbidden to illegally add toxic and harmful substances. Do not deal in edible agricultural products with agricultural and veterinary drugs exceeding the limit.
2. Standardize operations. Food producers and traders should purchase food or raw materials from formal channels to ensure that the food or raw materials they enter are legal and of qualified quality. Food production units should strictly implement the product factory inspection and whole-process record system, strengthen the management of key control points in the production process, and strictly prevent substandard products from entering the market. Catering service operators should strengthen risk prevention and control in key links such as raw material procurement, cold dish production, raw seafood processing, cleaning and disinfection of catering utensils, and distribution, so as to strictly prevent food safety problems. Catering units that receive large-scale gatherings and concentrate ** "Chinese New Year's Eve Dinner" should do what they can, put an end to overload**, and keep food samples and related records according to regulations. Strengthen the food safety knowledge training of employees, strictly conduct pre-job health inspections, and obtain health certificates before they can take up their posts.
3. Integrity management. We should follow the principles of fairness, legality and good faith, reasonably price according to the cost and supply and demand, implement the "first-class measurement" pricing method, and truthfully answer the consumer inquiries raised by consumers, take the initiative to provide invoices to consumers, prohibit coaxing and lack of catty, and provide consumers with a comfortable consumption environment. When the food causes damage to the rights and interests of consumers, it should take the initiative to cooperate with the relevant departments to do a good job of remediation.
The food producers and operators in the region are not only the guarantors of food safety for the people, but also the shaper of the image of Xi'an as an international metropolis, and also the practitioners of Xi'an to promote Chinese-style modernization.
