Fagor CNC system CNC8035 common alarm fault detection and maintenance.
1. Spindle alarm.
Spindle alarms are usually caused by the spindle speed being too high or too low. This alarm usually causes the machine to stop for protection, and needs to be handled as follows:
1.Check whether the spindle speed is normal, if it is too high or too low, it needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the processed workpiece.
2.Check whether the power supply of the spindle motor is normal, if the power supply is insufficient or there is a fault, the motor needs to be replaced or repaired.
3.Inspect the spindle bearings for wear or damage and replace them if necessary.
2. Servo alarm.
The servo motor controls the movement of each axis of the machine tool, and if the servo motor works abnormally, the servo alarm may be triggered. For this alarm, the following operations are required:
1.Check whether the power supply of the servo motor is normal, if the power supply is insufficient or falls off, it needs to be checked and repaired.
2.Check whether the communication line between the servo motor and the controller is normal, if the connection is bad, you need to reconnect or replace the communication line.
3.Inspect the drive of the servo motor and replace it if it is faulty or damaged.
3. Tool alarm.
The tool alarm usually indicates that the tool system of the machine tool cannot operate normally, and it is likely that the tool is too long or too large, and the following treatment is required
1.Check that the tool is installed correctly, if it is misplaced or improperly installed, the tool needs to be reinstalled.
2.Check that the tool size is correct, if the tool size is too long or too large, the tool that meets the requirements needs to be replaced.
3.Check that the tool feed speed is too fast, and if it is too fast, it needs to be adjusted.
Fourth, the machine tool automatic alarm.
The automatic alarm of the machine tool is usually due to the failure of the machine control system or software, which needs to be dealt with as follows:
1.Restart the machine system and, if necessary, reinstall the machine software.
2.Check whether the machine control card is damaged, and if there is a fault, the control card needs to be replaced.
3.Check whether the power supply of the machine tool is in poor contact or damaged, and if it is damaged, the power supply needs to be replaced.
