The threaded receive signal circuit inside the system is faulty, and the motherboard is repaired or replaced at the factory.
If the connector between the spindle encoder and the system connection line is loose or the contact is poor, plug in the connection at both ends, and re-weld the poor contact.

If the parameter setting is unreasonable, check whether the fast moving speed setting is too large, check whether the linear acceleration and deceleration time constant is reasonable, check the thread index acceleration and deceleration constant, check the lower limit value of the index acceleration and deceleration of each axis of the thread, check the feed index acceleration and deceleration time constant, and check whether the lower limit of the low speed of the feed index acceleration and deceleration is reasonable.
If the electronic gear ratio is not set or the step angle is not adjusted, if the 980T system or DA98 servo drive is used, check whether the electronic gear ratio is calculated accurately and set, if the stepper driver is used, check whether the step angle is correct, and check whether the transmission ratio is correct.
The system or driver is out of step motor and the driver can be judged whether there is an out-of-step motor through the phase lamp or dial gauge.
