Recently, Hikvision consulted our unit ZJ-4 quasi-static D33 tester and YDZK-03 piezoelectrical impedance analyzer, our piezoelectrical impedance analyzer range can reach 10MHz, 30MHz, 50MHz, to meet the needs of many aspects. The software is powerful.

The main parameters of piezoelectric devices include: resonant frequency fs, anti-resonant frequency fp, half-power points f1 and f2, maximum admittance gmax, electrostatic capacitance C0, dynamic reactance R1, dynamic capacitance C1, dynamic inductance L1, free capacitance CT, free permittivity, mechanical quality factor QM, electromechanical coupling coefficient keff, kp, k31, k33, etc., and can draw five characteristic curves of piezoelectric devices (admittance characteristic diagram, impedance characteristic diagram, admittance polar diagram, impedance polar diagram, logarithmic graph). Resonant frequency fs: The resonant frequency of the series branch in the equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric oscillator, at which the impedance of the piezoelectric oscillator is minimal. Anti-resonant frequency fp: The resonant frequency of the parallel branch of the piezoelectric oscillator, at which the impedance of the piezoelectric oscillator zmax is the largest. Half power points f1 and f2: From the admittance circle, the real part of the admittance is equal to the frequency at gmax 2, and there are two such frequencies, f2 for those greater than fs and f1 for those less than fs. Maximum conductance gmax: The real part of the admittance value at the resonance of the piezoelectric oscillator, that is, the real part of the admittance at "fs". Free capacitance CT: The capacitance value of a piezoelectric device at a frequency of 1kHz. This value is consistent with the value measured by the digital bridge. Subtracting the dynamic capacitance C1 from this value yields the true capacitance C0, which is balanced by the inductance C0.
