In the troops, the company-level unit is a very important grass-roots organization, a company is about 120 people, usually composed of three platoons, each platoon has three squads, a total of nine squads. In addition, the company headquarters also includes the company division class and the cooking class. Company-level officers include a company commander, an instructor, a deputy company commander, a deputy instructor, a division chief, and three platoon commanders, a total of eight officers.
In addition to ordinary infantry companies, there are other types of companies, such as reconnaissance companies, engineer companies, and sanitary companies
and artillery batteries, etc. The number of these companies is relatively small, generally no more than 100 people. In times of war, in response to the heat of battle, reinforced companies may appear in the troops. The number of reinforced companies can reach about 200 people, and the firepower will also be significantly enhanced, and its scale is equivalent to that of a sub-battalion-level unit. Reinforced companies are usually equipped with more advanced equipment and technology to increase combat effectiveness. 
In addition to staffing, the company also plays an important role in training and operations. During training, the company is usually responsible for the training of basic skills and tactical drills to lay a solid foundation for the soldiers. In combat, the company is usually used as a basic combat unit and is responsible for performing various combat missions. In times of war, the performance of the company often determines the victory or defeat of the entire campaign. Therefore, the construction and management of the company is essential for the development of the unit and the improvement of its combat effectiveness.
