There are not many historical records about Su Xiaomei, Su Shi has mentioned several sisters, but only one is mentioned by name, that is, Shufang. Because she has been smart since she was a child, she is deeply favored by her father Su Xun, and she can often read books and discuss poetry with her brothers, so she has the name of "Su Xiaomei".
One day, Su Shi returned from a trip with his friend Huang Tingjian and found that Su Xiaomei was playing the piano, and Su Shi was inspired to come out of Shanglian.
Su Xiaomei was deaf and clear-sighted, and immediately heard the three brand names of "Water Fairy", "Jade Hairpin" and "Slow Voice" implied in the upper couplet.
At this time, Su Shi's maid brought fragrant tea to the clouds, and when she saw this, she had an idea, and skillfully chanted the next couplet, which also cleverly embedded the three brand names of "Poppy Beauty", "Red Embroidered Shoes" and "Bu Bujiao", which formed a wonderful correspondence with the upper couplet.
