Australia Information The first step to immigration Career assessment

Mondo Finance Updated on 2024-02-08

Before applying for most of the projects in Australia, you need to get a career assessment report before you can proceed to the next step, and the career assessment is mainly based on your academic qualifications and work experience and the requirements of the occupation in Australia, so as to determine that your skill level can be roughly consistent with the local level in Australia, so that you can quickly use your skills in the local work.

Different occupations need to apply for different occupations, and the skills assessment of general occupations and skilled occupations needs to pass the Australian Vocational Education and Training Assessment Service (Vetassess) vocational assessment.

The occupations assessed by the VET include general occupation and trade occupation, covering three to four hundred occupations. There is no English language requirement and no language scores are required to be assessed.

The VET Occupation Assessment classifies occupations into five categories, from high to low, with different requirements for academic qualifications and work experience. Generally, you need to be under 45 years old.
