Second, the introduction conditions
1) Basic conditions
1.Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2.Be at least 18 years old;
3.abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;
4.Have good political quality and moral character;
5.Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform duties normally;
6.Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the position;
7.Have the age, household registration, education, degree, major, work experience and other qualifications required by the position (see the "Plan Table" for details).
2) Basic qualifications
1.See the schedule for ages. Under the age of 30, that is, born after February 19, 1993 (exclusive); Under the age of 35, that is, born after February 19, 1988 (exclusive).
2.Full-time master's degree students with corresponding degrees (including equivalent degrees certified by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and full-time academic qualifications and corresponding degrees at the undergraduate level); "Double First-Class" universities and the top 300 full-time undergraduate students in the QS World University Rankings with corresponding degrees.
3) Circumstances in which registration is not allowed

3. Procedures for the introduction of procedures

2) Preliminary examination of qualifications

3) Qualification review
1.The qualification review will be conducted in the form of on-site review and the time will be notified separately. Applicants must bring the following materials to the conference room on the third floor of the Ulanhot Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for qualification review:
1) Completed and printed "Registration Form" in duplicate;

2.Requirements for Qualification Review:
1) The applicant must sign the "Registration Form" to ensure that the relevant materials submitted are consistent with the content of the personnel (student status) file, and the copy is consistent with the original, which is authentic and credible;
2) Before participating in the qualification review, the applicant shall compile a catalogue of the materials required for the application, and bind the copies of the required materials into a book, and submit them to the staff during the qualification review as the only basis for the follow-up review;
3) If the applicant fails to compile a catalog and bind it into a book as required, resulting in the loss of materials or incomplete or incomplete submitted materials, which affects the results of the qualification review, the applicant shall bear the responsibility;

3.Publicity. 4) Physical examination 1The physical examination is carried out in the designated hospital and is organized and implemented by the Ulanhot Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. 2.If the applicant fails to pass the physical examination, or falsifies or conceals the true situation in the physical examination, resulting in the distortion of the physical examination results, his qualification shall be cancelled, and the vacant position can be filled in accordance with the procedure in the order of the total score of the examination from high to low within the scope of the personnel participating in the evaluation of the position.
5) Investigation The list of candidates who entered the inspection was published on the People's ** Network of Ulanhot City.
1.The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the talent introduction unit in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements. It mainly examines the political quality, moral character, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, integrity and self-discipline of the personnel to be introduced, and whether it is necessary to recuse themselves.
2.If the results of the inspection are determined to be unqualified, the employment qualification shall be cancelled, and the vacant position may be filled within the scope of the personnel participating in the evaluation of the position in accordance with the order of the total score of the examination from high to low.
3.After the completion of the inspection work, the inspection department shall form a written report on the inspection work and the results of the inspection of the personnel to be introduced, and report to the Organization Department of the Ulanhot Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ulanhot Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record according to the cadre management authority.

2.At the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems that affect the employment are reflected during the publicity period and are verified, they will not be introduced, and the vacant positions can be filled in accordance with the procedures in the order of the total score of the examination from high to low within the scope of the personnel participating in the evaluation of the position.
vii) Hire 1After the expiration of the publicity period, the personnel to be hired without problems shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Ulanhot Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ulanhot Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau respectively in accordance with the cadre management authority.
2.The introduction of talents shall be subject to a probationary period system in accordance with the regulations. If the newly hired person is employed for the first time, the probationary period is 12 months; For other hired personnel, the probationary period is generally not more than 3 months, and in special circumstances, it may be extended, but the maximum shall not exceed 6 months, and the probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. If the probationary period is not qualified, the employment qualification shall be cancelled.
3.The introduced talents are included in the establishment of the institution, managed according to the personnel of the public institution, and enjoy the corresponding post treatment of the public institution, with a minimum service period of 5 years. Clarify the liability for breach of contract and related requirements. Those who give up or do not perform the minimum number of years of service without a legitimate reason will be recorded in their integrity file.
4.All talents to be introduced should report to work at the time required by the employment notice, otherwise their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
4. Discipline and supervision
1) The introduction of talents is carried out under the leadership of the Talent Work Leading Group of the Municipal Party Committee, and the Office of the Talent Work Leading Group of the Municipal Party Committee and relevant member units are responsible for specific implementation, policy interpretation, business guidance, and promotion of implementation. The introduction of talent to implement the avoidance system. During the introduction of talents, the whole process of discipline supervision shall be implemented, and if there are any violations of discipline and regulations in the evaluation of staff and applicants, they shall be implemented in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment of Public Institutions".
