The experience of eating cucumbers
Cucumbers have been my favorite food for the years I was growing up. When summer comes, the sweetness and refreshing taste of cucumbers always make me feel good. When I recall my experiences with cucumbers, it is as if vivid images unfold in front of my eyes.
As a child, cucumbers were a rare delicacy for me. At that time, cucumbers could only be eaten in season, and every time my mother made them by hand.
I remember that my mother cut cucumbers in a very unique way, always cutting them into chunks. Still, I ate it with relish because it was the most delicious dish I could ever eat.
As I grew older, I began to be curious about my mother's cooking skills. Why is the same cucumber so delicious in the hands of the mother?
I looked closely and found that my mother not only plucked the heart and peeled the cucumber, but also slapped it loose. This treatment makes the cucumber more flavorful and crispy.
Gradually, I also started to try my hand at cooking cucumbers myself. Initially, I just imitated what my mom did, but as time went on, I started experimenting with innovation.
I started adding different spices to the cucumber, such as garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, etc., to try to bring out more of the cucumber's flavor. Every time I try a new combination of spices, it's like an adventure, and I am full of anticipation and excitement.
Now that I'm getting older, my love for cucumbers hasn't waned. During work, I have little time to cook due to the busy pace of life.
But every time I get home, I make myself a plate of cucumbers, which is the best solace for a busy day.
After I retired, I started to pay more attention to a healthy diet, eating a few cucumbers every day, which not only provided me with rich nutrients, but also helped control my blood sugar.
When I think back to these experiences with cucumbers, I feel the beauty of life. The little cucumber has witnessed my growth. It's not just my favorite food, it's an integral part of my life.
Here, I would like to thank those cucumbers that have accompanied me to grow up, and they have allowed me to always maintain my love and pursuit of beautiful things on the road of life.
Cucumber - cucumber, that crisp and tender taste, when I was a child, I only tasted it in season.
Mother's craftsmanship is really monotonous, the cucumber is hard cut, and there is no intention to peel it.
When it grows up, it continues to grow, peeling and plucking out the heart, and making it into a thin sheet.
Pesto vinegar oil adds flavor, cucumber is sweet, and the tip of the tongue dances.
Work is busy, month after month, after retirement, it is even more every day.
Nowadays, there is a cucumber fragrance, blood sugar is stable, and health is beside you.
Thanks to cucumbers, the fruit of life, for accompanying all the way, a feast for the palate.
No matter how time passes, cucumbers are eternal, and the taste lasts forever.
