On February 4, the well-known digital blogger @Digital Chat Station revealed that Qualcomm is about to launch a Snapdragon 8 series chip, codenamed SM8635, and revealed relevant information.
According to the blogger, Qualcomm SM8635 uses TSMC's 4nm process process, and the CPU contains a Cortex-X4 super-large core, and the CPU frequency is 29GHz, integrated ADRENO 735 GPU, frequency exceeds 900MHz, Antutu running score exceeds 1.7 million points.
As a comparison, the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 also contains a Cortex-X4 super-large core, and the CPU frequency has reached 3At 3GHz, Antutu's running score exceeded 2 million points.
From the perspective of positioning, the SM8635 adopts the same architecture as the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 and adjusts the scale and frequency, similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 downclocked version, and the comprehensive performance is between the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen3.
In addition, blogger @i Bing Universe previously revealed that Qualcomm will release two new chips 7675 and the 8635 mentioned above in March, or different frequency versions of the same chip. The two chips share the codename "Cliffs" internally, and both fully inherit the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 architecture.
It is worth mentioning that the digital chatting station has been SM7675 Qualcomm processor before, and the extreme running score of this chip has also reached 1.7 million points, known as the "terminal performance killer".
Editor's Comments:The performance of the mid-to-high-end processors that will be unveiled in the first half of this year is very worth looking forward to, and it is also a choice for consumers to buy more phones.
