Hunan High-speed Railway Vocational and Technical College, China Railway Beijing Bureau Group, Shijiazhuang Housing Construction Apartment Section, Xiong'an Company and Beijing Research Institute jointly carried out a major project - "Research on Key Technologies for the Reliability of Self-balancing Cable Rods Glass Curtain Wall" was successfully established. The project number of the project is 2024AT01, and the project funding is up to 500,000 yuan.
Shouldering the heavy responsibility of this project is the team of the curtain wall engineering laboratory of the railway station of the Hunan High-speed Railway Vocational Institute. After more than 10 years of practice and exploration, the team found that the research on the key technology of reliability of self-balancing cable rod glass curtain wall has achieved certain results at home and abroad. However, these studies are mainly aimed at the self-balancing cable rod glass curtain wall technology in the construction field, and there are few relevant studies at home and abroad in key technologies such as intelligent detection and monitoring of self-balancing cable glass curtain wall in high-speed rail stations, which have not yet provided reliable data for the intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed rail stations, and the essential problem of safe operation has not been solved.

Through experiments and detailed calculations, it is evaluated whether the indicators meet the strength requirements, so as to improve the performance and safety of the self-balancing cable rod system. Thus, it is ensured that the self-balancing cable rod system meets the expected goals in terms of safety performance.
