A few days ago, the talent service commissioner of the District Talent Service Center went to the headquarters of Oriental Yuhong East China Company to carry out the 2024 professional title review training activities. The training was carried out through the "online + offline" mode, which not only facilitated the employees of enterprises working in Shanghai, but also allowed the employees of other branches who were on business trips and were about to be transferred to Shanghai to understand Shanghai's professional title declaration policy in a timely manner.

The District Talent Service Center received feedback from the human resources department of a state-owned enterprise in the district, saying that many talents in the enterprise wanted to know about the relevant policies for the conversion of Shanghai residence permit to permanent residence. After understanding the needs of enterprises, the district talent service center arranged a professional talent service team to come to their door, elaborated the relevant policies for them, and provided clear guidance for these employees to settle down.
For a newly settled enterprise, the talent service commissioner gave a comprehensive interpretation of the talent introduction policy of high-tech enterprises, covering key information such as application objects, application conditions and operation procedures, and providing strong support for the enterprise to introduce and settle domestic talents.
